A Young Minor Causes Confusion

CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn [CHN]  Thursday afternoon, a few minutes after 2:00 PM residents walking on Albany Avenue noticed a Black minor knocking a broomstick into a moped parked on the sidewalk. The owner of the moped was alerted and immediately ran up to the minor and held him for the police. Residents passing by called Shmira and stated that a victim of a mugging is holding the perpetrator.

Numerous Shmira members and police officers were on scene with in minutes. When the members arrived they noticed that it was a minor and he only damaged the mirror, there was not much that could be done.

The NYPD took the kid to the police station and called his parents. This incident is still under investigation.

Stop then while doing petty things, so thell be scared to do bigger things. if they get away with small things thell try bigger things. Besides, who is supposed to pay for the miner damage? A tax paying honest citizen?
