Late
at night in Kfar Chabad, an Israeli Shmira (watchmen) held down a
palestine thief till police arrived and got him arrested for stealing
money and attempting to beak into houses.
Calvin James,
35, reversed his vehicle over Trent on Sunday morning at their
Charlotte home. The boy was rushed to Calais Regional Hospital but
pronounced dead on arrival.

January 30, 2013 at approximately 12:10pm: A Crown Heights Shmira member
was on Montgomery Street between New York and Nostrand Avenues, when he
heard someone screaming. Two cars had been broken into, and the

A man has been
arrested on charges he grabbed a woman by the feet and threw her onto
the tracks at a Philadelphia subway station, police said. The woman got
off the tracks on her own and suffered only minor injuries.

Thursday,
January 10, 2013 at approximately 2:00PM: A Crown Heights resident
pulled his van over on Eastern Parkway between Kingston and Albany
Avenues. He was approached by a male black wielding a long knife.
A grand jury indicted a New York man arrested on Saturday after
police found an explosive compound, bomb-making manuals and weapons in a
Greenwich Village apartment he shares with his girlfriend.
A Crown Heights
resident, who had recently been robbed of his cell phone at gunpoint by
2 male blacks, contacted Shmira for help in retrieving his stolen cell
phone.
Last night
approximately 2 am Shmira received a call on the hotline about a
suspiciously acting black male, units responded and spotted him trying
to open car doors on Carroll st between Brooklyn and New York, he was
kept under surveillance for a few minutes and was spotted entering a
vehicle, after exiting the vehicle which Shmira members identified as
belonging to a member of Anash, he was approached at which point he
began running, with Shmira members in hot pursuit he was apprehended on
President st between Kingston and Albany and held for Police, Police
officers arrived on scene and after a short investigation released the
perpetrator to his mother and recorded his information, saying that
since the owner of the car cannot identify any stolen belongings and
being that there was no obvious damage to the vehicle the they would not
make arrest.
CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn - [CHN] Yesterday at around 6:50pm, a Jewish woman was walking on Albany near Crown St. using her iPhone, when it was suddenly
snatched out of her hands by a thief.
The quick
thinking action of a technology savvy Shmira volunteer brought a swift
end to the careers of a pair of cell phone robbers. The pair had just
robbed a Crown Heights resident of his I-phone and made a quick get away
on their bikes.
Wednesday,
August 15, 2012 at approximately 11:00PM a patrolling Shmira/COP member
noticed a suspicious male black entering a house on Kingston Avenue
between Montgomery and Crown Streets.
The toddler tumbles helplessly, trapped in the machine, water pouring in, while the parents struggle with the locked door and then search for help. Finally, an attendant runs over and disables the machine. It takes a few more seconds to get the door open and the child out.
The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance
in locating the following suspect who is wanted in connection with a
grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 73rd Precinct.
